FlicksyMatch is a social media matching app that helps groups decide what to watch together. Users create or join lobbies, swipe through media items from their Plex library, and find matches when all users like the same item.
FlicksyMatch is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal information necessary for app functionality:
We do NOT collect: Email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, analytics, or Plex account credentials (Plex tokens stay on your device only).
Data is stored securely in Supabase with Row-Level Security protection. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary for app functionality (Supabase for backend services, and optionally Plex for media library access).

We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and real-time synchronization. Supabase's privacy policy applies to data stored in their service.

If you choose to connect your Plex account, the app accesses your Plex media library to display available movies and TV shows. Plex authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and never shared with our servers or other users.

FlicksyMatch does not require any special device permissions. The app functions entirely through network connectivity to Supabase and (optionally) Plex services.
